Summary: Ccrecy Vault does not collect, store, transmit, or share any personal data. All your data stays on your device, encrypted with your master password. We have no servers, no analytics, and no way to access your information.

1. Introduction

Ccrecy Vault ("the App") is a 100% offline password manager developed for iOS and Android. This Privacy Policy explains how the App handles your data.

2. Data Collection

We do not collect any data. Specifically:

No personal information (name, email, phone number)
No usage analytics or telemetry
No crash reports sent to external servers
No device identifiers or fingerprints
No location data
No advertising identifiers
No cookies or tracking technologies

3. Data Storage

All data you enter into Ccrecy Vault is:

Stored locally on your device only
Encrypted using AES-256 encryption with your master password
Never transmitted over the internet
Never backed up to any cloud service by the App

The optional Wi-Fi P2P sync feature transfers data directly between your devices over a local network without routing through any external server.

4. Third-Party Services

Ccrecy Vault does not integrate with any third-party services, SDKs, or APIs that collect data. There are:

No analytics SDKs (Google Analytics, Firebase, etc.)
No advertising networks
No crash reporting services
No social media integrations
No third-party authentication providers

5. Biometric Data

If you enable biometric unlock (fingerprint or face recognition), the biometric authentication is handled entirely by your device's operating system. Ccrecy Vault:

Does not access, store, or process your biometric data
Only receives a success/failure response from the OS biometric API

6. Data Deletion

You can delete all your data at any time by:

Using the "Clear All Data" option in the App's settings
Uninstalling the App (all local data is removed)
The Dead Man's Switch feature (automatic deletion after inactivity)

7. Children's Privacy

Ccrecy Vault does not knowingly collect information from children under 13. The App does not collect information from anyone of any age.

8. Internet Permissions

The App may request local network permission solely for the optional Wi-Fi P2P device-to-device sync feature. No data is ever sent to external servers.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
